Operating track

AI Marketing

Build one marketing workflow that can be inspected, evaluated, recovered, and improved in production.

A ten-module field curriculum for marketers, operators, and technical partners who need an operating discipline beyond prompt techniques. The track begins with workflow boundaries and evidence, moves through content, search, creative, lifecycle, automation, and agents, then closes with evaluation and forward-deployed operation. Every module ends in an artifact that another person can review.

Open module 00
Output
You will leave with a versioned operating packet: workflow charter, evidence ledger, content state model, search experiment, creative and lifecycle controls, replay-safe automation, agent mandate, evaluation scorecard, and 90-day deployment plan.
Effort
16 to 20 hours plus one bounded workplace pilot
Before you start
Bring one recurring marketing workflow, access to its operators and reviewers, and permission to use approved or synthetic data in a test environment.

Foundation → lab → project

The ordered field path.

Each lesson produces an artifact, tests it against observable criteria, then carries it into the next decision. Enter where your workflow is stuck or follow the complete sequence.

Hands-on projects

Build evidence of operating ability.

PROJECT 01

Governed marketing workflow

Turn a recurring research, content, creative, or lifecycle process into a bounded system with explicit evidence, contracts, approval, recovery, and measurement.

Output: A working test flow, acceptance report, runbook, evaluation set, and signed decision to continue, revise, pause, or expand one action.

PROJECT 02

Forward-deployed operating plan

Translate the validated workflow into a production deployment with named owners, integration gates, service expectations, adoption work, and proof-based transfer.

Output: A 90-day charter, responsibility map, architecture, risk register, scorecard, recovery demonstration, and handoff decision.

Apply the track

Start with one constrained workflow.

Tenten can work with your marketing, data, and technical owners to validate the workflow boundary, build the production controls, operate the first release, and transfer ownership against visible evidence.
